As you venture further out, you’ll uncover even more hidden gems. In Dunedin, for example, 7venth Sun Brewery has been quietly churning out some of the most innovative and boundary-pushing beers in the region. Their sour ales, in particular, are the stuff of legend – complex, nuanced, and always with a touch of the unexpected.
